Property Surveyor

JV Lands is seeking a motivated and field-oriented Property Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-ground surveys to identify residential and commercial properties that meet the company’s criteria. This role involves actively searching for property opportunities, collecting detailed and accurate information, and collaborating with internal teams to support property acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property surveys across various locations to identify suitable residential, commercial, and other types of properties available for sale.
- Gather comprehensive property details such as location, size, type, price, ownership, contact information, and availability.
- Communicate effectively with property owners to obtain complete and accurate information.
- Capture property photographs and videos, and provide precise location data when required.
- Develop and maintain an organized database of available properties for easy reference.
- Regularly update the internal team on newly identified properties and emerging market opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and property teams to facilitate further evaluation and follow-up on potential properties.
- Conduct market research to uncover new property opportunities and stay informed about market trends.
- Ensure all collected property data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in property surveying, real estate, field sales, property dealing, or a related area is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lahore’s neighborhoods and property market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with property owners and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage extensive field visits efficiently.
- Good observation and research skills to identify valuable property opportunities.
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, and data collection applications.
- A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred for ease of mobility.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
