Property Surveyour

A reputable real estate agency based in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, is seeking a dedicated Property Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting property surveys, capturing high-quality images, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role requires a motivated individual who is comfortable with daily fieldwork and client interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of property details.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily property surveys and site visits within Islamabad and Rawalpindi areas.
- Capture clear and detailed photographs of properties using a good quality mobile camera.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports using computer applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage time efficiently to meet the daily schedule from 9:15 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Travel independently to various locations using a personal motorbike.

Required Qualifications:
- Male candidates only, aged between 20 and 24 years.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi to ensure ease of commute and familiarity with the area.
- Must own a personal motorbike, which is essential for field mobility.
- Possess a mobile phone with a good camera capable of capturing high-resolution property images.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with writing and data entry.
- Strong communication and verbal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness and physical ability to perform daily field surveys and client visits.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate or property surveying will be considered an advantage.
- The position offers a fixed monthly salary of PKR 26,000 after the probation period.
- A daily fuel allowance is provided by the company to support travel expenses.
