Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete proposal process for electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to understand client requirements and coordinate inputs from engineering, sales, and operations teams.
- Prepare clear, structured, and competitive proposals by assembling technical and commercial information.
- Organize and maintain proposal timelines, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Track the status of proposals and support follow-up communications with clients to address queries and provide updates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve proposal content and processes.
- Maintain high attention to detail in document formatting, compliance checks, and quality assurance.
- Utilize office productivity and collaboration tools effectively to streamline proposal preparation and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in proposal coordination and management, with a track record of organizing workflows and meeting deadlines.
- Strong skills in proposal writing and preparation, capable of producing clear, persuasive, and well-structured documents.
- Familiarity with analyzing RFPs and aligning proposals with client specifications and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and industrial or commercial electrical systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Proficiency in standard office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in a technical or construction-related environment will be considered an asset.
