Key Responsibilities:
Market Prospecting: Identify new potential suppliers through online research, trade fairs, industry publications, and international databases to continuously expand our supplier network.
Supplier Assessment: Evaluate suppliers based on key criteria including cost efficiency, delivery timelines, product quality, and reliability to ensure optimal sourcing decisions.
Work with Internationals: Communicate effectively with suppliers from diverse countries, managing cross-cultural interactions to build strong, lasting relationships.
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with sales and logistics departments to facilitate seamless procurement and delivery operations.
Data Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified suppliers to support the global purchasing pipeline.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in market research, supplier scouting, or a related procurement role.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supplier capabilities and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with international partners.
