Key Responsibilities

Safety Reviews: Assess content flagged as potentially harmful or risky, determining whether it complies with established safety guidelines.

Behavior Analysis: Monitor AI interactions with users to detect any biased, unfair, or inappropriate behavior.

Risk Reporting: Identify ambiguous or "gray area" situations where AI responses might be misleading or unsafe, and recommend safer alternatives.

Mental Health Awareness: Apply your psychological expertise to ensure AI handles sensitive topics with care and empathy.

Required Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

Native Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in your primary language, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and emotional context relevant to your country.

English Proficiency: Basic English skills (B1 level) sufficient to comprehend project guidelines and safety protocols.

Empathy and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to understand emotional states and identify potential risks that may not be obvious to others.

Assessment Process

Candidates will undergo a subject-specific qualification exam to evaluate their suitability for the role. Successful applicants will also complete an identity verification process prior to joining the community.
