Public Relations Intern

This full-time, remote Public Relations Intern position involves supporting daily PR activities such as drafting and editing press releases, media pitches, and other external communications. The intern will assist with media monitoring, maintain media contact lists, track coverage, and prepare reports and summaries for internal use. Additional responsibilities include coordinating virtual events or announcements, supporting strategic communication campaigns, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The role also requires conducting research on industry trends, identifying relevant media outlets, and contributing ideas to boost Constructiv Group’s visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and external communications.
- Assist with media monitoring and maintain up-to-date media contact lists.
- Track media coverage and prepare internal reports and summaries.
- Coordinate virtual events and announcements in support of PR campaigns.
- Support strategic communication initiatives to ensure consistent messaging.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting press releases and supporting public relations efforts.
- Strong communication and strategic communication skills to craft clear and audience-focused messages.
- Experience or skills in media relations, including outreach and maintaining media lists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with common office and collaboration tools such as email, word processing, video conferencing, and shared documents.
- Interest in public relations, communications, or marketing, supported by relevant coursework or internship experience.
