We are looking for a confident, professional, and highly motivated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our school located in Gulberg, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the school’s public image, overseeing communications, handling media relations, and fostering engagement with parents, students, staff, and the wider community. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively represent the institution and contribute to maintaining a positive reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a positive public image for the school.
- Manage both internal and external communications, including official announcements and correspondence.
- Coordinate with parents, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Support the planning, promotion, and execution of school events, activities, seminars, and functions.
- Collaborate with the school’s management and marketing teams on communication campaigns.

- Handle public inquiries in a professional manner, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain records related to public relations and communication activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Both experienced and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; however, preference will be given to those with prior experience in public relations or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Good command of English is essential; proficiency in Urdu will be considered an advantage.
