The University is seeking a dedicated professional to support the enforcement of its Code of Conduct across campus. This role involves monitoring compliance, addressing violations according to established policies, and contributing to a safe, respectful, and disciplined environment for all community members. The position requires a proactive approach to managing campus conduct issues while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with various teams to uphold university standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the University’s Code of Conduct throughout the campus.
- Identify violations, take appropriate disciplinary actions, and impose fines in line with approved policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee remediation efforts, including the management of assigned community service activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, reports, fines, and all related documentation.
- Conduct thorough investigations and review Code of Conduct cases as assigned by the Team Lead and Director of General Administration & Services.
- Operate independently or collaboratively with teams during routine and extended operational duties.
- Provide support for campus safety and security operations as needed.
- Be prepared for occasional travel and flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet workload demands and event schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a security or safety role, preferably within an educational or corporate setting.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to professionally manage and de-escalate tense situations with calmness.
- Strong understanding of policy implementation and compliance procedures.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Working knowledge of fire safety protocols and the use of fire extinguishers.
- Effective observation, reporting, and communication skills.
