Pumps Engineer

MISL (Marketing International Services) is a well-established name in Pakistan’s industrial engineering sector with over 39 years of experience representing world-class brands. We are currently seeking a Pumps Engineer / Product Specialist to join our Pumps Division. This role involves providing expert technical support and after-sales service for a range of pump products, primarily serving clients in the oil & gas, fertilizer, power, and chemical industries. The ideal candidate will work closely with both clients and principals to address technical queries, manage spares and repairs, and assist the sales team with technical proposals and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support and after-sales service for pump product lines.
- Conduct regular customer visits across various sectors including oil & gas, fertilizer, power, and chemicals to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with principals and clients regarding spares, repairs, and technical inquiries to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team by offering technical insights, preparing proposals, and recommending suitable products to meet client needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for site visits and client support.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with centrifugal, reciprocating, or metering pumps is highly desirable.
