Pumps Engineer

MISL (Marketing International Services) is a well-established name in Pakistan’s industrial engineering sector, with over 39 years of experience representing world-class brands. We are currently seeking a Pumps Engineer / Product Specialist to join our Pumps Division. This role involves providing expert technical support and after-sales service for our range of pump products, serving clients across various industries including oil & gas, fertilizer, power, and chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and after-sales service for pump product lines to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand client needs and provide on-site technical assistance.
- Coordinate with principals and clients regarding spare parts, repairs, and technical inquiries to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist the sales team by preparing technical proposals and offering product recommendations tailored to client requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client support activities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with centrifugal, reciprocating, or metering pumps is considered an advantage.
