Purchase Retail Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Retailing Executive to join our expanding team. This role focuses on supporting purchasing operations, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing retail pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient stock planning and ensure smooth procurement processes within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and support retail operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock planning to meet demand.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors to negotiate terms and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor retail pricing, margins, and costing to optimize profitability.
- Utilize software tools such as Homebase and Modisoft for procurement and inventory management.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to purchasing and vendor transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail purchasing or procurement.
- Hands-on experience with Homebase and Modisoft software applications.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock planning principles.
- Effective vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good spoken English is mandatory for clear communication.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
