Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to capture detailed business process requirements.
- Coding and Configuration: Develop and deliver high-quality code for assigned software modules, ensuring alignment with client needs and seamless integration with existing system components.
- Testing and Trial Runs: Execute thorough testing of assigned modules, validate functionality across all necessary interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure solution readiness.
- Implementation: Support the deployment of software applications and their integration with other systems, ensuring stability and performance in the production environment.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and status updates. Utilize flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and well-structured code to clearly communicate technical details.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assist development efforts, verify system compatibility, and ensure that delivered solutions meet quality and performance standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software development and testing.
- Strong proficiency in PySpark Open Source is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and implementation processes.
