Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze product and software requirements to design effective solutions aligned with client needs.
- Develop software by studying information flow, system processes, and data usage, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Investigate and resolve problem areas throughout the software development lifecycle, including root cause analysis of system issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability.

- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.

- Prepare detailed reports on project specifications, activities, and status updates.
- Ensure all code submissions comply with project norms, including clear descriptions and replication patterns.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and coordinate daily project status updates with the team.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, linking results to quality risks and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Regularly obtain client feedback to facilitate smooth and timely project delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with best practices, new programming languages, and support team development.
- Consult with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
- Document solutions thoroughly through flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and formal reports from proposal to implementation.
- Maintain professional communication standards with customers, including email etiquette, fault tracking, and timely responses to requests, ensuring no complaints internally or externally.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and related roles.
- Proficiency in Python, particularly for data insights and software development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in designing, testing, and maintaining software applications for client deployment.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
- Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and software validation automation.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer interaction and feedback management.
