Python Developer

Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proficient Python Developer to join their team immediately at their Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Python development and a solid understanding of AI and machine learning technologies. This is a full-time, onsite role based in DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python-based applications with an emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Apply object-oriented programming principles, data structures, and algorithms to create scalable and robust solutions. Utilize Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI to design and implement backend services. Collaborate closely with the team on AI and machine learning projects, particularly those involving Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, or vector databases. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software that meets client requirements and adheres to company standards.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in Python development is essential. Strong proficiency in Python programming, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms, is required. Experience with at least one Python web framework, preferably Flask or FastAPI, is necessary. Candidates must be able to work onsite full-time and adapt to the company’s working hours and culture. Immediate availability to join the team will be highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience or exposure to Generative AI technologies, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or vector databases will be considered a significant advantage.
