The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching beginners and early-career learners the fundamentals of Python programming, progressing to practical automation and real-world projects. This role involves delivering comprehensive instruction that combines theory with hands-on coding exercises, ensuring students gain both knowledge and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Python training covering fundamentals through to practical applications.
- Teach core topics such as data structures, functions, file handling, object-oriented programming (OOP), and automation techniques.
- Guide students through hands-on coding exercises and mini projects to reinforce learning.
- Demonstrate effective and responsible use of AI coding assistants to enhance programming skills.
- Assess student progress through assignments and practical tasks, providing constructive feedback.
- Offer one-on-one support to students requiring additional assistance to ensure their success.

Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Python and its commonly used libraries.
- Experience in developing real projects, either professionally or independently.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to beginners in an accessible manner.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools is advantageous.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in educational roles or training environments will be given preference. The position offers flexible scheduling with morning and evening batches to accommodate diverse student needs. Compensation starts from Rs1,000 per hour.
