Enterprise64 is a rapidly growing U.S.-based technology company delivering innovative digital solutions to a diverse client base ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies across the United States, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates. We offer a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth, challenges, and career acceleration. We are currently seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks covering UI, API, and backend testing layers. This role emphasizes best practices in automation architecture, clean coding, and Agile methodologies, while also championing the integration of AI-assisted testing tools to enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation efforts with at least six years of experience in tools and frameworks, driving QA best practices and continuously improving test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
- Perform hands-on automation testing across UI, API, and backend/service layers to ensure comprehensive, risk-based test coverage.
- Design, develop, refactor, and maintain scalable, reusable, and stable automation frameworks and test suites using sound architecture and coding principles such as SOLID, Page Object Model, and data-driven testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and establish reliable quality gates and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to understand requirements, identify risks, and define effective automation strategies.
- Create and maintain automated test cases covering functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Investigate automation failures, differentiate between application defects and test/environment issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support performance testing and contribute to a comprehensive quality strategy encompassing functional, performance, security, and reliability aspects.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on automation best practices, debugging, coding standards, and test design.
- Utilize AI/LLM-based tools to accelerate test case generation, test data creation, code generation/refactoring, failure analysis, and documentation, while critically reviewing AI-generated outputs.
- Apply prompt-engineering techniques to produce consistent, context-aware test scenarios, automation code, and QA documentation.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted testing capabilities such as intelligent test generation, visual validation, test-impact analysis, failure triage, and self-healing automation when they deliver measurable value.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents or integrated workflows to improve test execution, defect investigation, reporting, and overall QA productivity, ensuring compliance with organizational security and data-handling policies.
- Ensure AI-assisted QA activities protect confidential data, credentials, customer information, source code, and other sensitive materials.
- Operate effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment, aligning QA activities with sprint goals, release timelines, and the Definition of Done.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of six years of software quality assurance experience with strong hands-on automation expertise.
- Proven proficiency in Selenium and Python, with strong programming and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of automation framework architecture, test design, assertions, synchronization, test data management, and maintainability.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong knowledge of API testing and automation using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and backend testing; performance testing experience is a plus.
- Experience with Git and modern source control workflows.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience collaborating with development and product teams.
- Practical experience using AI/LLM tools in software testing or engineering workflows, including test generation, automation assistance, debugging, documentation, or test analysis.
- Ability to critically review, validate, and improve AI-generated test cases or automation code.
- Awareness of AI-assisted testing approaches such as intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, visual testing, test-impact analysis, and AI-assisted failure triage.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress alongside Selenium.
- Experience with cloud-based test execution platforms and/or AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker, containerized test execution, and parallel/distributed testing.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or equivalents.
- Experience with AI coding/testing assistants, LLM APIs, agentic QA workflows, or integrated automation workflows.
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks used across multiple teams or applications.
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Talent upskilling programs to support continuous learning and career development.
- Provident fund and health insurance coverage.
- Eligibility for US H-1 Visa sponsorship.
- Project-based bonuses and leave encashment options.
- Employee benefits including EOBI, maternity/paternity leave, religious holidays, and work-from-home flexibility.
