We are looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to lead the design and execution of quality assurance and test automation initiatives for our software services. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying data integrity, investigating product functionality, and ensuring that our software aligns with design specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with development teams and technical leads to drive automation efforts and enhance the overall quality management process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test suites, including planning, scheduling, executing, and analyzing test results.
- Verify data accuracy and investigate product integrity and software functionality to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Analyze test results to evaluate the overall quality status and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams and technical leads to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate with other QA Automation Engineers to meet team objectives effectively.
- Ensure that products comply with total quality management standards and limits.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in QA automation and software testing.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XM, or Kanban.
- Experience with Java-based testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
- Skilled in debugging cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with API automation tools, specifically Rest Assured.
- Knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance testing for web applications.
- Understanding of modern web architectures and performance components such as web servers, application servers, service containers, and relational databases.
- Experience with UI automation frameworks like WebdriverIO or Selenium.
- Familiarity with integration testing across multiple microservices.
- Basic understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Experience working with open cloud platforms, especially Azure.
- Knowledge of security authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Familiarity with build tools such as Gradle, npm, and Maven.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git and Stash/Bitbucket Server.
