QA Executive

Mars Junction, located in Gulzar e Quaid, Rawalpindi, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA & Compliance Executive to join our expanding team. This role involves ensuring quality assurance and compliance standards are consistently met within our Front-End (FE) campaign operations. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to 70,000, with shift timings from 6:45 PM to 4:45 AM. The work will be conducted on-site at our Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate quality and compliance processes within the FE campaign.
- Maintain strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed quality checks and report findings accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding compliance issues.
- Ensure continuous improvement in quality assurance procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a QA & Compliance Executive, specifically on a Front-End campaign.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent monitoring skills.
- Effective communication and reporting abilities to clearly convey compliance status.
- Ability to uphold and maintain quality and compliance standards consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
- The role requires candidates to be available for in-person work at the Rawalpindi Gulzar e Quaid location.
