QA officer

Cravy Fries is seeking a dedicated QA Officer to join their team at the factory located in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the company’s high standards for quality and food safety. This position requires close monitoring of production processes, thorough inspection of materials and finished goods, and strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols. The QA Officer will work collaboratively with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support both internal and external quality audits. This is an in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify quality.
- Maintain detailed quality inspection records and documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols within the facility.
- Coordinate with the production team to identify quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and storage conditions to maintain product integrity.
- Assist in conducting internal and external quality audits to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification or experience in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or Food Technology is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000. The role requires physical presence at the factory location to effectively manage quality assurance activities and maintain close coordination with production teams.
