We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for our civil construction projects based in Khairpur. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. This position involves a combination of office-based documentation and on-site inspections, with a strong focus on substructure and finishing works to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor substructure activities including excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
- Supervise finishing works such as masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and painting to ensure quality compliance.
- Verify that all construction activities align with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections to assess the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and QA/QC reports accurately and timely.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Review construction drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications to support quality assurance processes.
- Monitor material testing, concrete testing, and other quality control tests as required.
- Maintain comprehensive quality records and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between office and site teams to uphold quality control procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles within civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of substructure and finishing works.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, including inspection checklists, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in both office and on-site environments.
