We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to manage quality assurance and quality control activities for our civil construction projects based in Khairpur. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction work adheres to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and relevant codes. This role requires a balance of office-based documentation and on-site inspections, with particular emphasis on substructure and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor substructure activities such as excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
- Oversee finishing works including masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and painting.
- Ensure all construction processes comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and QA/QC reports.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Review construction drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications for compliance.
- Monitor material testing, concrete testing, and other quality-related tests as required.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between office and site teams to ensure quality control procedures are properly implemented.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of substructure and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, including inspection checklists, ITPs, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Capability to work efficiently in both office and construction site environments.
