We are seeking two qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineers to join our civil construction projects team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring quality assurance and quality control for substructure and finishing works. This position involves a balanced mix of office-based documentation and on-site inspections across multiple project locations. The engineers will work closely with site teams to maintain high standards of construction quality and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor substructure activities such as excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
- Oversee finishing works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections to verify construction quality and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality reports.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with site engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements to support quality control efforts.
- Maintain accurate quality records and ensure adherence to project standards and applicable codes.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between office and site teams to implement quality control procedures efficiently.
- Travel between assigned project sites as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in QA/QC within civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of substructure and finishing works.
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and interpreting construction drawings.
- Ability to manage both office documentation and on-site inspection duties effectively.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
