QA/QC Lead

Accurate Pvt. Ltd, a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt. Ltd and a leading manufacturer of digital meters, is seeking a dedicated full-time QAQC Lead to join our team at Sundar Estates (Accurate Factory). The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital meters by overseeing quality control and assurance processes. This on-site position requires a professional with strong expertise in inspecting and testing energy meters and related components to maintain high standards of design, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test energy meters, mechanical parts, and electrical components to verify compliance with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
- Conduct functional, dimensional, and visual inspections using various measuring instruments, test setups, and electrical testing equipment.
- Monitor production processes closely to detect quality issues early and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Record, analyze, and maintain detailed inspection data; prepare comprehensive quality reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality deviations and improve processes.
- Collaborate effectively with design, production, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related challenges and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.
- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably within the digital meters manufacturing industry or a related field.
