Residence Requirement: The selected candidate must be willing to reside at the company-provided accommodation located at the HUB Plant.

We are seeking a dedicated QC Executive to join our HUB Plant team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control within the building construction materials or construction chemicals sector. A strong understanding of quality assurance processes and laboratory testing is essential to ensure that products consistently meet industry standards and company specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Ensure all products comply with defined quality standards and specifications.
- Carry out laboratory tests and maintain detailed and accurate test records.
- Monitor production processes to detect any quality deviations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, and other departments on quality-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive QC documentation, reports, and testing records.
- Support the implementation of quality procedures and adherence to ISO requirements.
- Ensure compliance with approved product specifications and quality standards throughout the production cycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the building construction materials, construction chemicals, or cement industry is mandatory.
- Familiarity with products such as tile adhesives, tile grout, waterproofing chemicals, dry mix products, or similar construction materials is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods, quality standards, and documentation practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
