A leading company in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical industry, located near Gujranwala, is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. This role requires a professional who holds at least a Pharm-D degree and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all Quality Control activities to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and protocols in line with industry best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, regulatory affairs, and R&D to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyze QC data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the QC team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements related to quality control.
- Manage audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Pharm-D degree (minimum qualification).
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, regulatory standards, and industry compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage QC operations effectively.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
