Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily quality checks based on automated iQC samples to verify product specifications and ensure accuracy within the Tech and Durable Industries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of global process quality standards for Market Intelligence Data Operations.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout QC processes, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Execute low to medium-complexity tasks under supervision, adhering to established procedures.
- Accurately set QC ratings as evidence of quality and as a foundation for further analysis.
- Ensure compliance with global quality standards across various sectors including IT/Telecom, Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Photo, Automotive, DIY, and Office Stationery.
- Perform standardized, transparent, and neutral quality checks of GfK product master data within assigned panels and sectors.
- Address internal or external customer complaints related to data quality when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately, thoroughly, and within deadlines.
- Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills.
- Good technical skills necessary for performing quality checks.
- Basic product knowledge in selected product groups within the Tech and Durable sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline; technical knowledge is preferred.
