Quality Assurance Associate for Call Center

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our call center team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of relevant experience in quality assurance within a call center environment and be willing to work night shifts. This role requires someone who can join immediately and is committed to maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate call center interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to call center agents to improve performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and management to uphold customer service excellence.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Quality Assurance within a call center setting.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
