Quality Assurance (Cosmetic Products)

A reputable cosmetic manufacturing company located in Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate is seeking a Quality Assurance Incharge to oversee the inspection and quality control of packaging materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all packaging components comply with established quality assurance standards and industry regulations. This role requires close collaboration with production and packaging teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of packaging materials including bottles, jars, boxes, labels, and other related items to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Detect and report any defects or damages found in packaging materials and finished products promptly.
- Ensure all packaging meets both industry regulations and company specifications.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve packaging-related quality issues effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the production and packaging teams to uphold and improve quality standards consistently.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the cosmetics or related manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and quality control processes.
- Ability to identify defects and implement corrective measures efficiently.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to packaging.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various departments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a factory environment with hands-on inspection duties.
- Ability to work on-site at the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate location.
- Competitive salary range between Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month.
