We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of software testing principles and a keen interest in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of both web and mobile applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various testing activities within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs to ensure functionality and performance.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and document and report software issues clearly and accurately.
- Perform different types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Verify bug fixes and confirm that existing features continue to operate as expected after changes.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and comprehensive test execution reports.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in requirement reviews to gain a thorough understanding of application functionality and expected outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or currently in the final stages of completing such a degree.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and software testing life cycles (STLC).
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and experience in preparing test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Good communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Basic understanding of testing for both web and mobile applications.
- Exposure to bug-tracking and test-management tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing is advantageous.
- Experience with automation testing tools is a plus but not mandatory.
