Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate call handling, appointment scheduling, and customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and alignment with revenue objectives.
- Review call recordings and audit documentation related to customer and vehicle information, verifying the accuracy of intent capture and post-call outcomes.
- Identify gaps in processes and prepare detailed quality reports highlighting areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with operations and training teams to implement quality enhancements and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and update quality checklists and support calibration sessions to standardize evaluation criteria across teams.
- Manage multiple audits simultaneously while adapting to changing processes and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in quality assurance, process auditing, and performance evaluation within service or contact center environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging quality metrics to detect trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail with experience in documentation review and validating customer and vehicle information accurately.
- Effective communication skills, including delivering constructive feedback and collaborating cross-functionally with operations and training departments.
- Experience using QA tools, call monitoring systems, and basic CRM or call-tracking platforms.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore and manage multiple quality audits concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant experience in automotive services, customer service, or call center operations is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
