Quality Control Executive - PVC Pipes - TJ / 1875234

Our client, Popular Pipes Group of Companies, is seeking a Quality Control Executive specializing in PVC pipes to join their Lahore-based team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in quality control within the PVC pipe industry and a solid educational background in Polymer Engineering. This role involves managing a small team of five members and plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of the company’s PVC pipe products. The successful candidate will work closely with production and engineering departments to ensure product excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all PVC pipe products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to detect defects or inconsistencies in PVC pipes.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation aligned with company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of five quality control personnel, including training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to verify that raw materials meet quality requirements.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and communicate findings to management to support decision-making.
