Aala Tech is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control Manager to ensure that the company’s services and processes consistently meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in monitoring quality performance, identifying issues, and leading continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall operational excellence. This role requires a proactive approach to quality management, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor processes or services to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues, and promptly report findings to management.
- Maintain comprehensive quality control records, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to address and resolve quality-related concerns effectively.
- Conduct routine quality audits to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality performance continuously.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with some variation depending on industry background.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills for identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with ISO standards and internal audit processes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with quality management tools such as checklists, root cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a starting salary of Rs100,000 per month.
