Techno Mechanical & Civil Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and qualified QC Manager with a strong background in the textile industry to lead and manage quality control operations within the factory. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of textile quality standards, inspection procedures, quality assurance, and production quality management. This role requires a proactive professional who can maintain high-quality standards, monitor production processes closely, identify and resolve quality issues, and ensure that all products comply with the company’s quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all quality control operations across the factory to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor product quality at various stages of production to detect any deviations or defects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough inspections and ensure compliance with established quality requirements and customer specifications.
- Identify quality issues promptly, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate closely with production and other departments to address and resolve quality-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate quality inspection reports, records, and documentation for audit and review purposes.
- Track rejection rates, defects, and rework to drive continuous improvement in production quality.
- Ensure adherence to relevant textile quality standards and customer expectations at all times.
- Lead, supervise, and train the QC team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare regular quality performance reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Recommend process improvements aimed at reducing defects and enhancing overall product quality.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the textile industry, including supervisory or managerial roles in quality control.
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing quality control operations at the factory level.
- Solid knowledge of quality inspection techniques, defect analysis, and corrective action procedures.
- Excellent skills in reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team efficiently while maintaining quality standards under production deadlines.

Salary Package
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to 200,000 per month. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and professional expertise.

Job Location
The role is based at Techno Mechanical & Civil Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., located at Plot No. 737–741, Near Gate No. 3, Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind, Lahore.
