We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer/Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections to ensure that exported products meet international standards and client requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to align inspection activities with operational and financial goals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage inspection schedules, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of exported products in accordance with international standards and client specifications.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports in English promptly through the designated system.
- Coordinate with team members and coordinators to develop and execute inspection plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Submit monthly travel expense reimbursement documents in compliance with company financial policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support overall quality assurance objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Furniture, or Textile engineering.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably within export manufacturing industries or production environments.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Chinese is considered an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site issues independently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to undertake short and frequent business trips, with travel allowances provided.
- Normal color vision and good overall health to meet the physical demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in export manufacturing or quality control within international markets is highly valued.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
