We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Surveyor with 3 to 4 years of experience in building and construction projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality control, site inspections, and adherence to construction standards and project specifications. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality benchmarks and comply with relevant codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes at various stages of the project.
- Identify defects, quality issues, and non-compliance, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
- Review project documents such as drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, quality checklists, snag lists, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and project management teams on quality-related matters.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to applicable building codes, safety requirements, and company quality procedures.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm that identified defects and observations have been properly addressed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, material checks, and quality documentation.
- Support the project team in maintaining consistent quality throughout the construction lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in building or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of site inspection and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple site activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction/project documentation tools is advantageous.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs120,000. The role requires physical presence on-site to effectively oversee quality standards and project progress.
