We are seeking a Quantitative Research Expert proficient in SPSS and R to join our research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting statistical analyses, interpreting research data, developing analytical methodologies, and supporting various research projects. This role requires a solid understanding of statistical methods and experience working with large datasets, along with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage large datasets, including data cleaning, preparation, and validation.
- Support research projects by applying appropriate analytical methodologies.
- Conduct and interpret analyses involving panel data, longitudinal data, and time-series data.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret research results accurately.
- Apply suitable statistical methods and techniques to address research questions.
- Conduct quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and interpret the outcomes.
- Perform and interpret mediation and moderation analyses.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports and present statistical findings in a clear manner.
- Adhere to research reporting and referencing standards such as APA, Harvard, or other relevant styles.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics or a closely related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in statistical analysis, quantitative research, or a related area is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and relevant academic or research experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.
- Ability to interpret statistical results and communicate findings effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Proficiency in statistical software including R, SPSS, and Stata.
- Experience with MS Office applications.
- Solid knowledge of quantitative analysis, hypothesis testing, and interpretation.
- Familiarity with panel data, longitudinal data, and time-series analysis.
- Experience conducting mediation and moderation analyses.
- Skilled in handling large datasets and performing data-cleaning procedures.
- Knowledge of academic referencing and reporting standards such as APA and Harvard.

Additional Skills (a plus)
- Experience with NVivo, Python, EViews, SmartPLS, or other quantitative/qualitative research software.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is PKR 75,000 to 100,000 per month, plus a food allowance. The final compensation will be based on the candidate’s technical skills, practical experience, and overall fit for the role.
