We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team in a role focused on project cost management and procurement within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations and budgets, managing subcontractor agreements, and ensuring timely and precise financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including cost surveyors and site teams, to maintain project financial integrity and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project cost estimations, budgets, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) during the tender stage to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop procurement budgets and costing documents, securing necessary approvals such as Project Investment Forms (PIF).
- Draft subcontractor agreements, process monthly billing statements, and obtain required approvals to maintain smooth contractual relationships.
- Prepare and submit Interim Payment Applications (IPC), conducting joint verifications with cost surveyors and relevant stakeholders to validate claims.
- Reconcile tenders across all projects, perform monthly project reconciliations, and provide detailed reports to supervisors for review.
- Review bank guarantees related to advance payments to safeguard company interests.
- Manage Daily Variation Proposal (DVP) logs and oversee order variations to track changes and their financial impact.
- Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports to keep all parties informed of ongoing developments.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines on site to promote a safe working environment.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to support project and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum educational qualification of Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in project cost management, procurement, or a similar role within the construction or infrastructure industry.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred to complement practical experience.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs 150,000.00.
- Work location requires in-person attendance, facilitating direct collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
