Aeyliya Builders (Private) Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join a major project based in Balochistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing measurement and commercial control aspects of the project, including quantity take-offs, preparation of interim payment certificates, rate analysis, billing, and cost reporting. This role requires hands-on involvement in ensuring accurate financial tracking and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for the project.
- Prepare and verify interim payment certificates (IPCs) in accordance with contract terms.
- Perform rate analysis to establish fair and accurate pricing for materials and labor.
- Manage billing processes and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- Monitor and control project costs, providing regular cost reports to project management.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure commercial compliance and support decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator, preferably in construction projects.
- Proven proficiency in preparing and managing BOQs, quantity take-offs, IPCs, rate analysis, billing, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual procedures related to construction projects.
