Quickbooks Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to oversee the daily financial operations of our distribution business, which handles multiple brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring smooth accounting processes throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports tailored to various business requirements.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and timely.
- Compile and analyze financial statements to provide insights into the company’s financial health.
- Manage budgeting processes and forecasting to support strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and related documents.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks along with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The position is based in Karachi and requires on-site attendance. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
