Quran Tajweed Trainer – Female | Remote

Provixio Pvt. Ltd., based in Islamabad, Pakistan, is seeking a dedicated and experienced female Quran Tajweed Trainer to join their team on a full-time remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for training, guiding, and monitoring Quran teachers to ensure that all classes are conducted professionally and in strict adherence to Tajweed standards and the approved syllabus. This role requires a strong command of Quranic knowledge with Tajweed, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to identify and correct teaching errors to maintain high-quality Quran education.

Key Responsibilities

- Train and guide Quran teachers to enhance their teaching skills and overall class performance.
- Observe and evaluate teachers’ classes to ensure sessions are conducted professionally and according to the approved syllabus.
- Review teaching methods related to Quran and Tajweed, identifying and correcting mistakes.
- Ensure accurate Quran pronunciation, adherence to Tajweed rules, and proper recitation techniques are taught.
- Verify that lessons are explained clearly and are age-appropriate for students.
- Monitor teachers’ communication with students, ensuring they remain polite, respectful, patient, and encouraging.
- Promote a friendly and positive learning environment within all classes.
- Assess whether classes are interactive and engaging rather than one-way lectures.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to teachers following class observations.
- Identify areas for teacher improvement and conduct targeted training or coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with curriculum requirements, lesson plans, and teaching standards.
- Track students’ learning progress and confirm that teachers address mistakes effectively.
- Maintain consistent teaching quality and professional standards across all Quran classes.
- Prepare performance reports or feedback on teachers as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Female candidate with strong knowledge of the Quran and Tajweed.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Quran or Tajweed teacher or trainer.
- Ability to accurately identify teaching and Tajweed mistakes.
- Strong understanding of Tajweed rules and correct Quran recitation.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Patient, professional, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to provide feedback in a positive and constructive manner.
- Comfortable working in a remote or online environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
