Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable, enterprise-grade full stack applications.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor.ai, Replit, or GitHub Copilot to enhance engineering productivity.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
- Develop and integrate real-time data processing pipelines leveraging Apache Kafka.
- Design scalable, resilient systems using cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders in the Banking, Financial Services, and Capital Markets domains.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in coding standards, security, performance optimization, and DevOps pipelines.
- Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Participate actively in client discussions, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Promote Agile delivery methodologies across the team.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong backend skills with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development (basic exposure acceptable if backend-focused).
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor.ai, GitHub Copilot, or Replit.
- Expertise in event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka.
- Proficient in relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL; knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud-native services, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
