Air University is seeking a qualified candidate to join its Administration & Support department at the Karachi Campus. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in the relevant field, with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience. This role requires dedication and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic academic environment. The position is open to candidates aged between 18 and 50 years and offers a competitive salary package along with several additional benefits. Please note that the appointment is contingent upon submission of an HEC-attested terminal degree and transcript, as well as a Police Character certificate. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation within the department.
- Coordinate with various teams to support campus activities and maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by university policies.
- Assist in implementing institutional procedures and compliance measures.
- Provide support in organizing events and meetings related to the department.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- Matriculation certificate is mandatory.
- Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration or support roles.
- Candidates must be between 18 and 50 years of age.
