A leading telecommunications company specializing in managing extensive mobile networks is seeking experienced RF Engineers to join their team. The successful candidates will play a critical role in optimizing network performance and ensuring overall stability across GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot network issues to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain network stability.
- Perform radio frequency (RF) optimization for GSM, UMTS, and LTE networks, including VoLTE services.
- Conduct event-based network optimization and performance assurance activities to proactively identify and resolve network degradations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements and support ongoing projects.
- Monitor network performance data, generate reports, and recommend actionable solutions to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality.
- Participate in drive tests and field measurements as needed to validate network performance and support optimization efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network operations and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an RF Engineer working with GSM, UMTS, and LTE networks.
- Strong knowledge of RF optimization techniques and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex network data and troubleshoot performance issues effectively.
- Familiarity with network performance metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in event-based optimization and performance assurance processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
