Radiologist/Sonologist

Transparent Hands is seeking a qualified and experienced Radiologist / Sonologist to join its Health Centre located in Kahna, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and interpreting ultrasound examinations, providing accurate diagnostic assessments to support patient care. This role requires a professional who can deliver precise imaging services and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and interpret a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, and gynecological scans.
- Accurately assess and document ultrasound findings in a timely manner.
- Review patients’ medical histories and relevant diagnostic reports to inform imaging assessments.
- Prepare clear, detailed, and prompt diagnostic reports for referring physicians.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records and examination documentation.
- Communicate diagnostic findings effectively with treating doctors and healthcare staff.
- Recommend further diagnostic investigations or specialist consultations when necessary.
- Uphold a professional, respectful, and patient-centered environment at all times.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, or a relevant qualification in Medical Imaging.
- Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical and Dental Council) license.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in ultrasound and diagnostic imaging.
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting ultrasound examinations across various clinical indications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality patient care with attention to detail.

The position is based at Transparent Hands Health Centre, located at 28 KM Stop, Service Road, Ferozpur Road, Naseebabad, Kahna, Lahore.
