RCM Auditor

This role involves supporting the finance and billing functions within a healthcare setting by preparing detailed billing reports, financial summaries, and monitoring payment statuses to ensure timely collections. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of billing reports and financial summaries to support the organization’s revenue cycle management.
- Track payment statuses and collections, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Review and validate billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update dashboards that provide insights into billing performance and financial health.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of billing information.
- Generate and analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Reports and Practice Daily Activity Reports (DAR) to monitor outstanding balances and daily billing activities.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in healthcare billing or reporting.
- Proficiency in mid-level Excel skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with AR Aging Reports and Practice DAR is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with various departments and support accurate financial reporting.
