RCM Data Engineer

This contract-based role is ideal for a data professional with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL tools, who is comfortable working onsite during night hours. The position involves working closely with healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) data, focusing on billing, claims, denials, payments, and accounts receivable. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting reporting and dashboard automation to drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and ETL tools to handle large volumes of healthcare data.
- Extract, clean, transform, and integrate data from billing and claims systems to support accurate analysis.
- Analyze RCM data related to claims, denials, payments, and accounts receivable to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security across all processes and systems.
- Automate reporting processes and support the creation of interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate closely with RCM, billing, and IT teams to enhance data processing workflows and resolve data-related issues.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, database management, and building data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of healthcare RCM workflows, including medical billing and claims processing.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Ability to commute to the office located in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with cloud platforms and advanced data visualization techniques is considered a plus.
- This is an onsite position requiring physical presence at the designated location.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the night shift schedule and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
