We are seeking a skilled and innovative R&D Manager with specialized experience in Pakistani spices and seasoning formulations to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve Pakistani spice blends, masalas, and seasoning formulations to meet market demands.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and taste testing to ensure product excellence.
- Research current market trends and generate new product concepts aligned with consumer preferences.
- Ensure product consistency, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards throughout the development process.
- Optimize existing formulations by balancing quality, cost efficiency, and flavor profiles.
- Maintain comprehensive R&D documentation, including records, recipes, specifications, and trial reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in research and development, specifically with Pakistani spices and masala formulations.
- Strong knowledge of spice ingredients, blending techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Practical expertise in product development and maintaining food quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Location and Compensation:
This role is based in Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan, with a monthly salary range of Rs120,000 to Rs150,000. The position requires in-person attendance at the work location.
