We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented unpaid trainee to join our remote team for a duration of three months. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in software development, particularly with React Native. The role requires a commitment to full-time office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates will work closely with our development team to enhance their skills in programming, problem-solving, and application development within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of iOS and Android applications using React Native.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure application performance and quality.
- Support database management tasks involving SQL and Firebase.
- Engage in problem-solving and logic-building exercises to improve coding skills and application functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and data structures.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and Firebase for backend support.
- Proficiency in logic building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience through one or more iOS or Android apps developed using React Native.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
