React Native Lead

Systems Limited is looking for an experienced Lead React Native Developer with 8 to 12 years of expertise to design, develop, and oversee the delivery of high-quality mobile applications within the Banking and FinTech sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile architecture, along with hands-on experience integrating native Android and iOS components. This role requires leadership capabilities to guide development teams, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful execution of enterprise-grade mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and lead the implementation of enterprise React Native applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and promote best practices across the team.
- Maintain high standards for application performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide support for production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and manage release cycles effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, and React Navigation.
- Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) integration.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and JWT authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or Appium.
- Knowledge of Firebase, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, push notifications, and deep linking implementations.
- Expertise in mobile security best practices including OWASP guidelines, SSL, certificate pinning, and secure storage.

Preferred Qualifications and Domain Experience
- Proven experience working within the Banking, FinTech, or Digital Banking domains.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding processes, KYC/eKYC workflows, payments, card management, and mobile banking applications.
- Experience integrating advanced biometric technologies such as OCR, face recognition, or other biometric authentication methods is highly desirable.
