We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented unpaid trainee to join our remote team for a three-month period. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students looking to gain hands-on experience in mobile app development using React Native. The role requires commitment during standard office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of iOS and Android applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with the team to implement object-oriented programming principles in app development.
- Support integration of RESTful APIs and third-party APIs to enhance app functionality.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to logic building and critical thinking exercises.
- Work with SQL databases and Firebase to manage app data effectively.
- Engage in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and data structures.
- Proficiency in logic building, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience developing one or more iOS or Android applications using React Native.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and Firebase for backend support.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
